Product Framing
RetailBook had long operated within the institutional and partner ecosystem.
This product marked an important shift - creating a direct, trusted touchpoint with retail investors. Instead of building another high-engagement financial product, the goal was to create a calm, premium experience focused on clarity at moments that matter. Notifications were designed to feel important, not constant. Information was simplified into digestible layers to make primary market participation approachable for a wider audience, including first-time and elderly investors.
The experience focuses on helping users understand opportunities, build confidence over time, and participate through platforms they already trust, supporting RetailBook’s broader vision of increasing retail investor participation through accessible financial education.

Learning Layer
RetailBook already had an early working product direction in place. Our role was to refine the experience into a clearer, more premium, and scalable product system, improving usability, information hierarchy, interaction patterns and overall product cohesion across web and mobile. The final experience focused on making primary market participation feel simpler, calmer, and easier to navigate while maintaining the trust and seriousness expected from a premium financial product.
